Bank of Baroda has rolled out dedicated Start-up branches pan India for facilitating the need of start-ups and supporting them in materializing their innovative ideas. One such Start-up Zone is located at Gen-Next Branch, Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata.
Key highlights of the present facilities :-
- Zero balance Start-up Current Account with no commitment on maintaining minimum quarterly average balance up to 2 years and can be operated across any branches in India.
- No transaction charges on NEFT/RTGS/IMPS transactions up to 2 years.
- Zero balance Corporate Salary Accounts of employees.
- Corporate premium Credit Card.
- Internet Banking, Cheque book.
- Payment Gateway (Razor-pay) with zero set up charges and low transaction fees.
- CMS (Cash management services).
- Funding facility on merit basis

1. PAN of the company
2. Copy of rent agreement/Bank statement/Electric Bill as Proof of the registered office of the company.
3. Company Master Data
4. Certificate of Incorporation
5. DIPP/DPIIT certificate (enrollment in Startup India portal).
6. Board resolution of company/LLP in letter-head giving consent for account opening with Bank of Baroda citing Mode of Operation and it is to be signed by all the directors(draft format attached).
7. List of present directors mentioning name, contact no., email and DIN no. in letter-head signed by all the directors(draft format attached).
8. Memorandum of Association (MOA)
9. Articles of Association (AOA)
10. If LLP then FILLIP (Form No 2) in place of MOA and AOA.
11. Trade License and GST (if applicable)
12. Original Aadhar Card and Pan Card with Self-attested copy of KYC documents of all the directors.
13. Two passport size recent color photograph of all directors.
14. Director rubber stamp.
